She has gone above and beyond in assisting me through my ordering process. She has also been there in times where orders have gone awry when in the shipping process. Dear Ms. Christina: I am writing to inform you that I have done marketing and sales in the healthcare arena for 20 years and there are few people that stick out to me. Your employee Mark sticks out for what I call “personal touch”. There are some things that are not teachable and Mark just has it. You sell yourself and then the products.
